Refused assistance

Hi Went to @home at Southgate to purchase some staff using a voucher i received from the glade and duck competition that is currently running till December 31st.

They refused to assist me saying its *****. The store manager suzan moremi and the area manager kagiso said its *****. How can scjohnson company issue out vouchers which are ********** for a competition that is running at well known retail shops

So disappointed that u guys can't verfy a simple connection between sc johnson and @home
