refund requested

I overpaid my account with R3800, and it is difficult to get a refund , they want the proof of payment , like if i walked into a store or i sent someone to pay my account , will you keep the receipt and for what ? because the account showed as paid , till it was over paid . can I please get my refund , my ID ***, cell ***

but when you owe them ,they harass you with many phone calls, and they dont even ask who is paying for your account, they want money in ,
