Refund request rejected at @home Wonder park

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at Wonderpark @home store. I was told that they do not have cash for more than a week when trying to return the Air Fryer which I bought on the 14th April 2023.They even refuse to refund the money into the card that I have used to buy the Air Fryer. They indicated that they do not have service of refunding into the bank card.Now I'm sitting with two Air Fryers of which the other one I received as a present. It should be indicated that they do not refund or take returns on their till slip. Their conduct is *****ulent and deceiving .
