Refund not paid!

I ordered couches on the 12 April 2023 - Order ***. The couches were too big and were not delivered. A cancellation was generated o n the 18th April. Till today I haven't received my refund of more that R23K. I have called the Mall of Africa store manager several times with no help! Remind me never to buy anything @home. This experience has been a nightmare. Till today I am waiting for them to send me POP for my refund.
