Refund ****mers!

I made a return on chairs that I bought from @home living spaces on the 6th of November 2024. I even drove to their distribution centre to physically return the chairs.

They said the refund will take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in my account. However it’s 15 business days and I have not received my refund. I keep calling and no one has answers for me. It’s month end my bills need to be paid and I can’t pay because @home is not refunding me.
