Refund issue

I bought a sleigh be here at the East Rand Mall Branch end of November 2022z I was not happy with it so I asked for a refund the same weekend. They took almost 3 weeks to collect the bed after having to follow up a thousand times. Now they’ve taken the bed and the refund that I was promised even before Christmas I have not received. They keep making up excuses. Their call centre doesn’t respond to the emails all they do is give a reference number but never get back to you!!!!! I don’t know what to do anymore. R10000 is a lot of money . I want my refund , you have taken your bed almost a month ago.
