Refund

I bought a coffee table from @Home Lochlogan Bloemfontein and Paid for delivery and ended up collecting it from the warehouse due to time discrepancy.

Unfortunately I lost the receipt but I do have the order confirmation. I was advised by the store manager that I cannot get my refund.

Kindly assist further.
