REDUNF MY MONEY YOUR ITEM DOES NOT WORK!!!

I bought a blender on the 28th November and have never used it since then. Today I open it only to realise it doesn’t work, when I call to advise on this I’m told I need to pay R300 to send it to capetown, and I’m also told it would all depend on warranty blaaaah!! What bull is that?? I pay a whole R7000 on something that doesn’t work, and having trust your so called shop I didn’t bother to test it then, please refund my money and come collect your blender!!!
