Re- Oxford sofa shedding in my apartment

Ive sent a request through yesterday , up until now no one has bothered to contacted me back. This sofa continues to peel by the hour ,I actually just want this Oxford sofa out of my apartment today . if @ home cared for their customer they would have attended to this matter yesterday. Completely disgusted . I have more cleaning up to do at the rate this couch is shedding . Sandy Clarke
