Re: Handling of exchange product

The manager at the Bedfordview branch Mr Vumakuhle (I stand for correction )was absolutely professional in how he handled my problem.

I really thought he was going to be negative regarding my issue but it turned out to be a good shopping experience and furthermore he was well informed with his product knowledge which was great as I asked him a lot of questions regarding the product I needed.

Last but not least was one of the assistants K****tso who was at the cash point .She too was very friendly and quick to assist.

This branch is great to shop at ,well done.
