Purchased and paid for goods sold to someone else

Purchased two beds and a couch on the 12th of November online from @Home. Paid for the goods via credit card on the 12th of November in full. Wanted to deliver the goods 13th of November, but we rescheduled delivery in writing with confirmation from @Home for delivery the 14 of December. Then @Home confirmed delivery on the 12th and 13th that delivery is scheduled. At 6:29 on the 13th of December the delivery was confirmed for the 14th and then at 14:05 an email was received stating that there is no stock on the beds and order cannot be fulfilled. Graig from the Bash support team has now said sorry no beds our beds was sold, we must take our money back and go buy something else. This is obviously because they cannot uphold the black Friday special and would rather want us to take our money back and make it our problem. This is extremely bad behavior and unacceptable.

Can't call it a purchase as the goods has been paid for but sold to someone else and we can't get it anymore. Also now getting out of the black Friday special. No one has made contact. And we are sleeping on the ground in our new home.

Still sleeping on the ground... After spending that much money so long ago with @Home, absolutely stupid.

Just an update from my side. Still sleeping on the ground. Chose other beds since the beds we paid for is no longer available. This was done on the 19th December and in stock. We still don't have beds to sleep on. We follow up and get vague feedback. I have never in my existence received this level of service after spending a substantial amount of money with @Home.

If you are actually looking for furniture and wanting it delivered to you, I suggest skipping @Home and trying someone else more organized and customer centered.
