Promised delivery date not met

<p>We did a purchase at the Sandton shop and on the order confirmation reads that we'd get a call within 7 days confirming delivery date and it is now 10 days later and that still hasn't happened. I called the store yesterday and was promised that Lovemore's manager would call me back and that didn't happened. I'm really disappointed and want to withdraw.</p>
