Presents refunded to givers when returned!

We opened a gift registry for our wedding, and when the gifts arrived, there were no names attached. We queried this with @Home, and they said there’s no record of who gave what. Which, let’s be honest, is total ****. We then went to return a few duplicate items. Instead of us getting the money on a gift card, the money was returned to the guests with a note saying “your gift has been returned”. It’s the most embarrassing thing, and we don’t even know who has got that email! @home has been completely and utterly unhelpful, really pathetic service!
