Prescribed account

I have wrote to the company via email a number of times with no response from them. I have a prescribed account that was handed over to your attorneys SSDA who are rude and unhelpful. They do not respond on all platform's. I need this account to be removed immediately. This dispute has been going on since May now and it hasn't been resolved. Do I have to go to credit ombudsmen to sort this out? This is ridiculous
