Poor service
The service I got from @Home furniture is so poor, I’m even regretting ordering my furniture from them. I placed an order 3 weeks ago, which I have not received yet, but they sent a delivery confirmation on Friday but the furniture has not been delivered. I’ve called them about 3-4 times and sent emails but no one is able to give me a straight answer as to what the delay is and when I can expect delivery, only promises about calling me back, but no one calls me back. My November rent has gone to waste because I’m unable to move into my new place as I’m waiting for the furniture.

21 Nov 2023, 18:07Your team only got back to me by forwarding me messages sent internally regarding the order, but in these emails, no one is accounting to give the exact date of expected delivery. This is very unfair to me as a customer and I want to cancel this order should I not receive a date for delivery by the end of this week.
