Poor service at Nicoleway
Received poor service several times from Precious at Nicoleway. Very unprofessional and rude. Today was the last straw because I asked her to assist me with a product and she told me she can not assist me because she is busy counting stock. Previously I asked her to assist me with wrapping a gift and she told me it comes at a cost (which is a lie) and should I not want to pay extra I should get it done elsewhere.

14 Feb 2024, 22:58Also last week I bought a blender for My sister and I was served by Precious and I specifically asked for a gift receipt and she did not put it in the plastic bag. I went back to the store and she just said ah she forgot I should have reminded her with a very bad attitude.
I will never go shopping there as Long as she's still working there. The manager also seems to be condoning her behavior because even when you report any matter she just says she apologizes on her behalf. Utter nonsense and very unprofessional
