POOR SERVICE @HOME

I am very disappointed in service with @home Sandton and their delivery center in Midrand. I purchased and paid for 2 items in the beginning of July. I was told to call in 5 days before delivery ... The person in charge, Kabelo Moloko, did not reply to my messages, did not return calls, and rep**** days later to my emails or not at all! Delivery date was only arranged for weeks later. When they finally delivered they only brought one item. I called the manager who was supposed to call me back and I am still awaiting her call. Very unprofessional and very poor service!
