poor service

I purchased furniture @home design quarter in Fourways, and still waiting for my delivery since two weeks ago, they only delivered my sofa couch but not my furniture i dealt with the lady called Faith she was suppose to call me back last week already and im still waiting for her call and for my furniture, this is very poor service
