Poor service

I bought a 2 x willow chairs on the 26th of November at the Northrand road Eastrand retail center store and is still no delivery or any commutation to me,when I call and enquire,no one seems to know how to track the order and it’s whereabouts,this is so frustrating as I have been speaking to different consultants but no help ,they just keep on saying they’ll get back to me.which never happens. It has been over a month and weeks now and I when I track it online it says order number does not exist.
