Poor service.

Purchased two side pedestals. Only one order went through. One is pointless. Cancelled the order Ialready paid for on 22 November. Bash called and asked if they should process the refund to my account. I agreed. One month later Bash contacts me per email to inform they cannot pay it into the account I should contact them. They have been sitting with funds for a month. If I paid an account late interest would be charged. Item purchased delivered with safety hard tag. What is the point of home delivery if I have to go into the store to remove the tag.
