Poor service

Poor service I bought a set of couches at @home middelburg mall end of January 2025. The couches were delivered on the 5 Feb and on the 8th Feb I went to the store to report a stain that i observed on one of the couches (3 seater). I was taken from pillar to post and then they eventually said that they will come and collect the couch on the next delivery in middelburg. Guess what am still waiting. I went again to report the matter because I see it’s not given the attention it requires and the new manager now is also aware of the situation because I went to the store recently and he said he will call me because he is busy sorting out another client issue he will get back to me guess what nothing until today. Am very disappointed in &home service I received it’s poor and appalling really I don’t know how long should I keep on going to the store report and be promised a call back. Am disappointed 😢 honestly the couches were very expensive to be treated like nothing.
