Poor quality stock and service

<p>My employer bought a few chairs for reception from ********** Less than three months later the wheels do not turn anymore and keeps on tilting making us fall off the chairs. We have sent emails and phoned the manager continually for a week now and no plannes have been made to resolve this issue. My employer spends a great amount at @Home, she is a valued customer, but @Home Centurion neglects to resolve this issue. </p>
