Poor quality on XL Queen Bed structure, 2nd repair

this bed was repaired Wednesday the 25th. it is the 26th and it's snapped again, I don't think this bed is assembled correctly as this is the second snap on the same plank that was just replaced. this need to be rectified , we're having the absolute worst experience with this bed! And the bed wasn't cheap either ! XL QUEEN bed wooden structure that doesn't carry any weight! It was assessed, repaired ans 24 hours later uts snapped again and I can't get hold of anyone
