Poor quality of the tray

Complaint regarding the quality of the tray i bought at Northgate mall JHB ,I bought the tray a month ago i can’t recall the date i am pregnant i forget everything .On the 26th September the manager there refuse to exchange the tray because i didn’t have the slip and the tray was R799 ,Iam their loyal costumer they know me very well .
