Poor quality of items while when won’t even allow exchange!!
I bought items at the store in December, only opened them in Jan and they broke down! I tried to ask to exchange and was told I can only do that without 30 days while I had never even used the items the day I discovered they broke. So you saying that whatever you see only lasts 30 days basically. Please I need to give you back your items and gave my money back, I’ve never seen such horrible quality of dishware like this!! I have a picture of it and will send it to tweeter right now!!!

15 Mar 2023, 08:16It was at the sand ridge store in Midrand. It was bought by hard cash and I don’t have the slip anymore but you can see the items have your name on it so no doubt about them they from from you!
