Poor quality of curtains

About 2 years ago, I bought a twin pack of curtains at @Home in Port Elizabeth. I did not use these curtains for a while and kept them in the original packaging. Eventually I used them and on Saturday 21/03/2015 I took them down so they could be washed for the first time. I took them to a laundry close to where I live and we checked whether they can be washed or dry cleaned. The care label states that they can be washed at 40?C and tumble dried or they can be dry cleaned. Unfortunately, when the person at the laundry washed them, the lining totally disintegrated. This is the first time that these curtains have been washed and am now left without curtains. @Home is selling poor quality goods or incorrectly labelled good.
