Poor quality of @home 400 thread Egyptian cotton sheets

I bought 400 thread Egyptian cotton sheets in December 2019 at @home Highveld Mall at eMalahleni. Within 3 months, the sheets made very uncomfortable lumps and made the sheets very uncomfortable to sleep with.

In 06 April 2020, I reported at @home via Facebook Messenger, it was Lockdown. They did not come back to me until I contacted them again in 16 July 2020. On 31 July the manager came back to me saying @home QC Department needed to assess the sheets as that type of sheets doesn't form such damage.

23 September the reply from the QC Department claimed there's nothing wrong with the quality of the sheets, it must be my sleeping pattern.

I am interested as to how they reached such a conclusion because, my bed or sleeping pattern was never assessed. For such sheets to have been damaged in such a short space of time.

What disappointed me is how @home as a company handled my complaint, I had to chase behind them from April to date. I don't think a proper assessment was done on the sheets, and they are not taking any responsibility on the type of sheets they sold me.
