Poor quality furniture

In beginning 2018 we bought a King Size bed from @Home that cost us over R12 000. The base have these little planks that you hook onto the middle & sides. Looks like a fish bone. These planks are completely useless and we basically had to sit down in slow motion from the start otherwise the planks would fall out. With such poor quality, these planks are now breaking one by one :-(

I did go to an @Home store to ask where we could get more of these planks but the staff were not bothered to assist me and all they said was that they don't have a supplier and they don't know. I have to buy a new bed now as we cannot sleep on that one. I am very disappointed in the quality of the furniture especially the amount of money we spent. I will never buy any kind of furniture there again and I will definitely not promote buying there to friends & family either. The lack in assistance at the store was always not on par.
