Poor leadership skills

I was at one of the stores. I wont mension what date or time this transpired. I was utterly shocked to have axperienced what i did to one of the staff members in the store. I came in and the staff member was being so badly spoken to as if the employee wasnt component with there duties. I am a regular shopper at this specific @HOME store and i felt if i had stepped in i would crossed my boundaries as a consumer so i did not get myself involved in this matter. After the entire sagga was over i approached the employee and asked why was the customer being so disrespectful, the employee replies and says "that was not a customer that was my regional manager" . I was utterly disgusted to have witnessed such a pathetic person let alone being a regionl manager of such Brand of its caliber. If i had known who it was for that utterly disrepect i wouldve slapped her if a slap was even worthy of someone with a role as a regional manager. I believe that all employees should be treated with the uttmost of respect as everyone has a side to contribute but if i ever come across this freaken lady again wich i hope i do i will give her a bit of my mind. A real disgrace of a human being that she is.
