Poor delivery service

Bought a couch on 11 Nov for a wedding present from your store at Baywest Mall. After numerous phone calls we are still awaiting delivery. Nobody is taking accountability with the staff member at the store said it is out of their control. I will be back at the store later today to request a refund and they can keep their couch. No longer interested
