Poor customer service

I went to living space liberty mall pmb. Staff were standing by the counter chatting and didnt even bother to assist. Indian couple came in 6 minutes later, indian staff ran passed me to greet them. I patiently waited until they finished shopping and then asked her if she was available to help. She didnt even greet but ask “how can i help you”. No effort made to assist even when requesting to see the duvet inner i wanted to buy. She dismissed by saying its out of stock.
