Poor customer service
I’m so disappointed about @home online services, I bought two couches, one had a fault and had to be returned, that was December the 10th 2023 till today 10 January 2024 the the couch has not been delivered, you are not answering my calls, that’s poor customer services I will never buy anything online from you, they even had the nerve to tell me that the couch will now be delivered at the store, i have to go fetch it myself
