Poor customer care services

I continue to be disappointed/appalled. The customer care services at TFG is honestly so poor. They responded to my complaint by sending me an email to say that they're awaiting my response or further communication with me. Like seriously ***??? They expect me to call them or email them when they're the ones who've mistreated me as a customer? You'd swear that they're selling cheap products. I'm sure that PEP home has better customer care.
