Poor customer car. ****mers.

I bought appliances at the Mthatha Bt Ngebs Mall on tge 20/11/2023 They did not give me the appliances claiming that they can’t see the transaction but it has reflected on my phone that the transaction went through They requested proof, I sent them but still I haven’t received the appliances nor my money.
