Poor communication on Delivery . Bad service

For the second time I am having a bad delivery experience. You are given a delivery date and you literally wait from morning to Evening. At times you dont even get the goods delivered. You will cancel all your plans and wait the whole day. If you dont have your own transport, I.suggest you look elsewhere.
