Pathetic service with a R 500 additional charge.

Went to the Highveld mall @Home store in Witbank. Where I requested to purchase the Buro desk in white. Was informed there are none in stock as they are only a display model. I asked for it to be ordered and was informed it would cost R500 extra for delivery. I requested to pick it up myself but was informed that I would have to pay the R500 regardless of my choice of delivery as it needs to be delievered to their store. The sales clerk was rude and had no interest in discussing the matter at all. Is there anyone from @Home who will be able to assist in this matter?
