Pathetic service

@home Melrose! Pathetic service. I bought a wall unit this year March and the wood started lifting. They agreed to an upliftment and exchange 2 weeks ago. I received a call today saying that the delivery is due next week Monday 30 December. I mean seriously! The people in the store and the warehouse dont know what the hell they are doing! This is terrible service
