Pathetic Service @home ilanga mall nelspruit

@home ilanga mall, nelspruit.

Poor service. Staff are lazy. Take chances with items bought.

My husband and I made numerous purchases: headboard which had to be ordered and it was not up to standard at inspection (why wasn't it inspected before we arrived). We asked for brown bar stools and insisted that the stools not be the display items. The wrong item was ordered when we went to collect it. And it is clear that the item that was delivered was the display items as the black ones came in a sealed box, they clearly states the new ones come in a box. The constant line they use is that they are a display store and deliveries only happen on Thursday (understandable) but not once did we ever rush them for the items. What is even more Irritating is that unnecessary trips could have been avoided as we live out of town. We work hard for the money we earn and expect better service.
