Pathetic Service all round

I have received the most pathetic service and customer service from your store at the Glen Shopping center! I placed an order on 8 Feb and was promised it would be delivered within 2 weeks, geuss what!? Im still waiting! Initially my wife and I walked into the store and was helped by a salesman who assured us he will get the products we wanted to the store within 2 weeks so we can purchase it. 2Weeks later we walked into the store and were told the products are undergoing a quality check, and if we made a payment that day, we would get our order within 2 weeks. Reluctant at first, as we were **** to the first time, we made payment after the salesman persuaded us. 2weeks later we walk instore and are dissapointed again. Not 1 phonecall from anyone. This time we were told we needed to wait till the end of Feb. GUARANTEED IT WILL BE DELIVERED. The end of month came and went. No phone call, nothing. We have been in and out of the store at least 10 times since the purchase and have been fed lies everytime. The last one being on Monday. \We will deliver on Wednesday\". Still nothing.<br> <br> It is now March 16. OVER A MONTH LATER. still nothing. How will I be compensated for this?"
