Pathetic service

I will never order from @home ever again!!!! I have been **** to and fooled. I ordered the Dyson pure cool fan TP05 on 12 August 2023. They sent me a complete wrong model AM11 when I enquired I was advised it was a packing error at the warehouse. Is this my fault??? The fan was on special for R8709.33 and when the lady Jasmine enquired with the warehouse who assisted me she advised me there is no stock of the TP05 version of the Dyson. Yet the website shows stock and even a new special. I missed out on the previous special due to @Home sending me the wrong model. I feel disappointed and ****med. Suddenly there was no stock but right after the special there were more fans on special. I previously ordered the AM11 model early 2020 you may have a look on my order history. But I feel disappointed as an account holder. Bash did not even try going the extra mile for me. I have returned the old version via courier. Thanks. I will never trust ordering from Bash ever again.
