Pathetic customer service and No delivery (yet)

Placed an order on 9th October at East Rand @Home, I was told delivery would be on the 16th of October. Already in December and I have not received my order. Every time I query my order they blame it on Covid regulations, yet another branch in Somerset was able to deliver timeously. Pathetic staff who are quick to make a sale but can't follow through with the same enthusiasm when queried about delivery and stock. Don't make the sale if you can't get customers what they ordered.
