Pathetic @home

Terrible customer service. Order canceled no telephonic decency. Apparently no stock yet when i purchased the item there was stock. I got an invoice but now all of a sudden theres no stock on a ottoman.

There customer feedback is terrible.. I have to email them daily for 2weeks no one tells me theres no. Stock i get invoiced my acc charged Then today oh sorry no stock.

Damn out right terrible... Online and call centre cant keep to there word...

On a previous order i waited 2months for it to be delivered thats 2tshirts from total sports... For 2months. We will escalate. We will get feed back soon.

2 months.

The ok sorry we cant source it. Wel cancel. Ok couldnt you tell me that earlier on. So its canceled. I get a call one week later oh your parcel will be delivered but im like i was told its canceled. Oh do you want me to cancel rather. Im saying but it has been already. Oh on there side they dont see that a credit was put through im still waitin 2weeks later for them to tel me my money is back in my acc.

Useless.. They dont value customers service. Especially since i support them daily.

Its crawling under my damn skin.
