Pathetic and empty promises,no service delivery

I bought a couch on the 22nd of November at the mall of Africa store and is still not delivered to me,when I call and enquire,no one seems to know how to track the order and it’s whereabouts,this is so frustrating as I have been speaking to different consultants but no help ,they just keep on saying they’ll get back to me.which never happens.
