Parcel still not delivered

I purchased a Smeg kettle and Toaster online, and Payment was processed on the 26th November. I was extremely happy to finally own this brand! However, this has turned out to be a disaster. The status of my parcel as we speak, is still 'at Courier'.. I called twice to enquire about this and I wasn't happy with the response I got that there's nothing they can do but to escilate this matter. Today is the 7th December and I have not received my parcel... I'm extremely dissapointed and shocked by this service...
