Overcharged

I ordered two items online on different days. And the orders were linked together. I paid for the delivery for each item and they were both delivered on one day. I contacted them and I was assured that I'm going to be refunded the other delivery money. It's more than two weeks now, no communication from them, no refund. They don't reply to the emails. They don't reply to calls
