Orders not reflecting on Bash website

Hi, I placed two orders on the Bash website but they orders are not reflecting on my "orders". I called your Bash support number and was told of some technical issue but no turn around time was provided. Please can you advise what is happening because the money was deducted from my bank account. Thanks
