Ordering process a nightmare

The designs of the products are nice, however the online ordering process is a nightmare. There is no field to add a billing name or address so purchasing items through a business is difficult as they need to add the VAT number manually. In addition to this, our items have been sent in batches across multiple deliveries and multiple invoices. At this point I am not even sure what has arrived and what is outstanding. Submitting the multiple invoices to accounting is also going to be a headache and I assume I will need customer service to add the VAT number to each invoice manually. Nothing against the products but the ordering/delivery process is a total nightmare.
