I ordered two scatter cushions and on receiving my parcel it was not what I ordered. I asked them if they can fetch it and send me the correct ones. I was given a ref no I asked what the turnaround time is to come back to me. He said 24 to 48 hours. After a week I started to communicate via email. There answer they cannot swap. The more I tell them that is not what I want, I want.my order to be rectified. Receive my order and fetch the cushions they sent me. They just comes back to me with the same damn answer. I do not live near a shop to go and speak to them in person but I am fed up with their lame excuses
