Online purchases

Good morning,

I was online a few days back and was looking at purchasing a Breville item, online it stated that i should use a voucher code for 10% discount - Considering i was looking at two items (Breville mini knock box and a Breville Barista Express) Barista express i have subsequently sourced else where. However when i input this code i get a message that pops up and says "voucher expired" - which is fair enough, however there is no mention on your website of any expiry date, even so ... it still remains on your website ? Surely this can be viewed as ********* advertising, due to the fact that you are enticing potential patrons to your website under false pretenses ? I realize that this discount would only make a difference on the knock box of about R35 ... But surely it is more the principle ? If i were looking at sourcing the Barista Express through you, this would make a difference to R1000 ?

I look forward to your response.

Kind Regards.

Why do companies even bother investing in looking for customer feedback? (In other words what value do you believe a representative such as yourself brings to his/her organisation?) - There is always just a generic response (As above) followed by absolutely nothing. Very disappointing!!!
