Online Purchase

Think twice before you purchase from @Home online. We bought a bookshelf that we decided not to keep, it has been a month today and I cannot manage to get them to collect it. The right had does not seem to know what the left hand is doing. I have to keep calling and making the same request!!! Customer service is non existing. I will never buy anything from you again.
